Lexus Charleston Fashion Week brings two nights of pop-up shops and runway shows featuring the latest styles from local and national brands to Festival Hall.
Lexus Charleston Fashion Week
Mingle with Charleston’s most stylish people, shop curated pop-ups, watch local models show off the latest fashions, and purchase your favorite looks from the runway at Lexus Charleston Fashion Week on October 28 and 29 at Festival Hall. Guests can sip cocktails before browsing pop-up shops from Finicky Filly, Poppy + Sage, ZAGS, and more. Runway shows will spotlight fall styles from local brands including Francis + Benedict, Maddison Row South, Bella Bridesmaids, Maris Dehart, Norton + Hodges, and The Showroom Charleston, as well as featured designers Tanya Taylor and Tygerian Lace, winner of CFW’s 2018 emerging designer contest. Making Room
Steven Shell Living is doubling the size of its already expansive flagship retail store in Mount Pleasant to bring clients a larger selection of 100-percent mahogany furniture, upholstery, artwork, lighting, rugs, and accessories. The new 52,000-square-foot showroom will allow the retailer to display more of its in-stock goods as well as offer items from new vendors. A grand opening party will be held next month. ”Flea-esta” Time
Celadon hosts its final ”flea-esta” of the season at its North Charleston warehouse from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on October 23. The market will feature about 50 local artisans, as well as the Wabi Sabi and First Name Basis food trucks, live music by Americana band Run River Run, face painting for the little ones, and free beer. Look for the furniture and accessories store to host a 28th birthday party in November and for the return of “flea-estas” in March 2023. [2221 Noisette Blvd., North Charleston, celadonathome.com]
