❶ In a large punch bowl, combine 12 ounces rye whiskey, four ounces grenadine, four ounces mint green tea, four ounces lemon juice, six dashes Angostura bitters, and two ounces orange oleo-saccharum (a mix of citrus oil and sugar).
❷ Add two cups of ice and give a generous stir to ensure the punch is chilled through.
❸ Just before serving, top with 12 ounces of ginger beer and fresh orange slices.
❹ Grate fresh nutmeg over the punch. Serves four to six people.
