INGREDIENTS: 
  • 2 oz Grey Goose La Poire
  • 1 oz Anise Clove White Tea Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Blood Orange Bitters
  • 1/2 oz DiSaronno
  • Squeeze of fresh Lemon

 

DIRECTIONS: 

Vigorously shake and strain into a martini glass.
Float Cava on top
Drizzle with Chipolte Oil
Garnished with a Roasted Pear stuffed with a Sar Anise
