INGREDIENTS: 

1 oz. Aperol
1 oz. Dolin Blanc
1 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice
Sparkling white wine

DIRECTIONS: 

Mix the first three ingredients with ice. Stir to chill and strain into a wine glass. Top with sparkling wine.
