INGREDIENTS: 

4 oz. dry red wine
4 oz. Coca-Cola
1 oz. rich simple syrup (2 parts sugar boiled in 1 part water)
4-5 dashes Angostura bitters
1-2 cups ice (plus more, if needed)
Orange wedge, for garnish

DIRECTIONS: 

Add all ingredients except ice and garnish to a blender and let Coca-Cola de-fizz for a minute. Add ice and slowly begin to blend. Increase the speed of the blender as it liquifies. Feel free to add more ice and blend to preferred consistency. Pour into a glass of choice and garnish with an orange wedge squeezed into the drink.
