3 oz. eggnog
1½ oz. pecan-infused bourbon (find recipe at charlestonmag.com)
2 Tbs. puréed pecans, for garnish
Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Ground nutmeg, for garnish
Pour eggnog and bourbon in mixing glass filled with ice. Rim martini glass with puréed pecans and cinnamon. Shake and strain into martini glass. Top with nutmeg.
Pour all ingredients into ice-filled shaker. Shake. Double strain by pouring drink out of shaker and through a mesh sieve into a coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry.
