Mustard Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS: 
  • 4-5 Tbs. peanut oil
  • 1 Tbs. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. French Dijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS: 

In a blender or using a whisk, mix all ingredients together. (Mustard and red wine amounts may be adjusted to taste.)
