What's happening this month?
TIP: Poison ivy is especially dangerous in the summer, when its oil content is highest. If you don’t want to use herbicide on the three-leafed vine, you’ll have to resort to other methods. Dig up and discard small plants, or continuously cut larger ones to the ground—this’ll eventually starve them. Be sure to wear a long shirt and pants, as well as disposable gloves.
