Is there a better summer combination than craft beer and fine oysters? This month, The Darling Oyster Bar collaborates with Revelry Brewing Co. to produce “Beach Bod,” a new summer beer. Head brewer and owner of Revelry Ryan Coker has been working with The Darling since April to produce this combination of champagne yeast and Mey. “We talked about citrus and how it complements seafood,” says Coker. “I wanted to make this a light, drinkable beer that you could enjoy at a restaurant or with your friends on a boat.” Join the two Charleston food and bev favorites on the summer solistice for the brew’s official debut.
