John Keith Culbreath of Stop Light Observations had a vivid dream that he had to make a band. So, he did. The now five-member experimental rock group, born and raised in Charleston, sells out local venues all times of the year with their take on ”not rock.” This concert will be held outdoors on the Bud Light Seltzer Beach Stage and is open for anyone age 21 and older.
