In partnership with the Gaillard Center and International African American Museum, dance troupe Step Afrika! presents its final performance of Drumfolk, a work inspired by the Stono Rebellion of 1739. The group blends contemporary percussive movements with traditional West and Southern African dances, as well as music, storytelling, and audience participation.
