Walk through beautifully arranged gardens and historic private homes during the Garden Club of Charleston’s 89th season. Tour abodes in Ansonborough-Wraggborough and South of Broad and enjoy live music and plein air painting in many of the gardens and piazzas. Founded in 1922, the Garden Club maintains some of the Holy City’s most-visited historic gardens, including those at the Joseph Manigault and Heyward-Washington houses, and provides nature-based learning opportunities and scholarships to area youth.
