SEWE FRESH ON THE MENU

Follow your nose to Certified South Carolina Grown’s Fresh on the Menu stage where brothers and cookbook authors Matt and Ted Lee will once again emcee three afternoons of lively demos featuring local chefs and purveyors. Match-ups include Sofitro Project founder Reina Gascón-López cooking fricase de conejo (stewed rabbit) sourced from the Blue Ridge Rabbit Meat Company and Chubby Fish chef James London making ceviche with catch fresh off Mark Marhefka’s boat.
