1¼ oz. Hat Trick gin
3 oz. Cannonborough grapefruit elder-flower soda
3 drops orange bitters
Sparkling rosé
Mint sprig and lemon twist for garnish
In a tall glass, stir the gin, grapefruit soda, and bitters. Fill the glass halfway with ice, and then top it with a splash of sparkling rosé. Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon twist, and serve immediately.
