The Party: On Saturday, March 3, Williams Sonoma and Top Chef judge Gail Simmons hosted a decadent late night party at The Dewberry to celebrate Charleston Wine + Food. Guests indulged in a larger-than-life seafood spread that included uni, lobster, stone crab, caviar, and hand rolls made with freshly sliced tuna, all sourced by Regalis Foods owner Ian Purkayastha. A number of Simmons’ Food Network peers were in attendance, including Man Vs. Food’s Adam Richman (with camera crew in tow), alongside countless notable members of Charleston’s culinary industry. Winemaker Rob Mondavi provided the vino, and everyone hit the dance floor into the wee hours of the morning.
