The Party: Guests mingled under a canopy of hanging greenery and rattan lanterns in Emeline’s greenhouse for The Assembly, hosted by hospitality group Makeready. Upon arrival, supporters enjoyed “Perky Sea Cups” from Charleston Oyster Farm, as well as “Deep Dive” signature mocktails by The Ryder Hotel’s Little Palm bar. After the cocktail hour, diners were treated to a multi-course meal, including roasted grouper from Hank’s and braised lamb rigatoni from Frannie & The Fox. A portion of proceeds went to Ben’s Friends, a nonprofit that supports food and beverage professionals dealing with addiction and substance abuse.
