The Party: At this Best of Broadway-themed bingo event, entertainers paraded around in glitter, silk, and stilettos, while the players—costumed as characters from Broadway musicals such as Cats, Grease, Hairspray, Wicked, and Lion King—filled Memminger Auditorium, markers at the ready. Emcee queen Patti O’Furniture announced numbers between raunchy commentary that had players roaring with laughter. As the game ensued, attendees sipped on local beer from Cooper River Brewing and Frothy Beard as well as a specialty cocktail, wine, and boozy popsicles.
