Well-dressed guests converged at Founder’s Hall in their best bow ties and fancy hats for the first Derby Party from Charleston Area Therapeutic Riding (CATR). In addition to live music and fun contests, a live auction offered up exciting items, including two rare bottles of Pappy Van Winkle. CATR aims to empower children and adults with disabilities to enjoy more active and fulfilling lives through therapeutic horsemanship. Save the date for the 2023 Derby Party, to be held on Saturday, May 6th at the Cedar Room.
