Setting the Hook: “My son’s favorite thing to do is fish. We never really catch anything, but it’s more about spending time together and being outside.”
Back of House: “At work, I’m focusing on my team at the moment. I’m trying to provide them with a quality of life that I didn’t have growing up in kitchens.”
