The Charleston Parks Conservancy’s biggest fundraiser of the year transforms Colonial Lake into a ’70s-themed street festival, with a goal of raising $125,000. All proceeds will benefit the Conservancy’s development and maintenance of more than 25 area parks, including Colonial Lake, Allan Park, Corinne Jones Playground, Wragg Square, and Medway Community Garden.
