North Charleston’s Park Circle neighborhood decorates its streets with twinkling lights, Christmas trees, and other holiday decorations. Watch as festive floats, vintage cars, and other vehicles cruise around the green space at 5 p.m. Afterward, enjoy live music, hayrides, marshmallow roasting, and an artist market. Felix C.
