Serving as the finale to the Charleston Symphony Orchestra’s 2025-2026 season, this combination of visual and musical storytelling features works by American composers and artists accompanied by watercolors from local artist Mary Whyte. The collection, “Salt of the Earth,” honors the grit and spirit of everyday Americans, paired with a stirring orchestral performance under the direction of Yuriy Bekker.
