Curated by fourth-generation needleworker Cookie Washington, this fiber and mixed-media exhibit hosted by Redux Contemporary Art Center combines futuristic elements with Black history. See works from Washington, as well as Tony Williams, April Anue, and Andrea Stubbs, ranging from wood-burning sculptures and contemporary art quilts to handmade indigo-dyed paper constructions.
