Now in its sixth year, the BarBrewGrass music festival supports families affected by pediatric cancer and blood disorders being treated at MUSC. General admission includes access to a full barbecue spread, other locally sourced food and craft beer, plus live music, a cornhole tournament, and a silent auction.
