Featuring a family who loves oysters just as much as the customers they serve, and a rich history that spans generations of oystermen, kinship, and family business, Bowen's Island Restaurant continues to satisfy even the hungriest of seafood lovers. Local oysterman Jamie White brought us along on his boat to watch his harvesting process on a very cold, bitter afternoon. Then we stopped by the restaurant itself to talk with Robert Barber, the owner and third-generation restaurateur.
