Coming from the French word for “bike,” this grassroots cycling event raises money for the MUSC Hollings Cancer Center. Cyclists can choose from five scenic routes that range from an easy 10-mile loop on Isle of Palms to an 80-mile trek that starts at Brittlebank Park and crosses the Ravenel Bridge.
