Lowcountry Shrimp Festival

Experience a McClellanville tradition at this 42nd annual fest, offering up tasty seafood as well as more than 50 craft vendors, a kids area, and live music. Be sure to stay until 3 p.m. to watch the shrimp boats parade past during the ”blessing of the fleet.” Proceeds benefit the Cape Romain Environmental Education School, striving to provide a space that teaches critical thinking, environmental stewardship, and engaged citizenship. 405 Pinckney St., McClellanville.
