
The Limón Dance Company returns to Spoleto Festival USA, accompanied by the Festival Chorus and organist. The New York-based troupe, founded in 1946, will perform two selections from its repertoire, including Missa Brevis, which is considered the company’s masterpiece. The choreography is set to the choral classic composed by Zoltán Kodály while he sought refuge during World War II. Spoleto Festival USA continues to stage dance, theater, and music performances at venues throughout the city though June 8.
