For Cinco de Mayo, Mount Pleasant’s Cantina 76 taqueria and bar is offering its signature house margarita mix ($10/1 liter, $15/2 liters) and $2 beer specials, in addition to select menu items. Carmen Y Juan
Make your own margaritas at home on Tuesday with mix from Park West’s Carmen Y Juan for $12 for a 1-liter bottle or bring your own 1-liter bottle and get it for $10. Place orders for their specialities, including carne asada, carnitas, and tamales, online via Toast. Follow their Facebook page for updates and specials.

 

El Pincho Taco
The authentic Meeting Street taqueria known for its Mexican street tacos and tortas is reopening Friday for takeout and delivery. Visit their Instagram @elpinchotaco and Facebook page for an updated menu.

 

Frothy Beard Brewing
This year, Cinco de Mayo happens to fall on Taco Tuesday, so celebrate with Frothy Beard’s special: 10 tacos, salsa, rice, beans, and a six-pack of your choice for $30. Follow @frothybeardbrewing and call (843) 872-4201 to order.
 

Los Reyes, West Ashley

Mex 1 Coastal Cantina
Planning an at-home fiesta? Mex 1’s Cinco Party Pack—which includes two proteins, two sauces, 12 tortillas, lettuce, jack cheese, pico de gallo, rice, and beans as well as one of their signature margarita mixers (pineapple habanero, mango, regular, or hydrator), a six pack of Mexican beer, and limes—comes with surprise swag, such as sombreros, T-shirts, sunglasses, and koozies to help make the day feel more festive. The Summerville and downtown locations of this staple are opening just in time for Cinco de Mayo, offering their “Cinco Pack” margarita kit including the regular house mix and skinny mix, limes, salt, and a 12-pack of Tecate.
