Short Grain Takeover

Short Grain Food Truck's owner and chef Shuai Wang steps behind The Darling's raw bar for a one-night-only takeover. From 4 to 10 p.m., stop in to sample this award-winning chef's seasonal seafood staples and hot dishes. Short Grain was named 2016 Top 50 Best New Restaurant Winner by Bon Appetit, and Wang is a James Beard Foundation 2017 Rising Star Chef of the Year award semifinalist. His food truck brings local, sustainable, untraditional Japanese cuisine to the South. The Darling, 513 King St. Wednesday, 4-10pm.
