Join in on the fun by decorating your own vessel or grab a prime viewing spot on the Battery, at Joe Riley Waterfront Park, or the Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park Pier as the boats proceed from the Cooper River, through the Charleston Harbor, and into the Ashley River.
