North America’s largest women’s only tennis tournament gets started with the popular family weekend, serving up kid-friendly entertainment such as jump castles, face painting, and live music. For the first time, qualifying matches will be held on the stadium court. World No. 7 Jessica Pegula and World No. 8 and Charleston local Emma Navarro, as well as former champion Madison Keys (above) are expected to play in the nine-day tournament that showcases a singles draw of 48 players, a qualifying draw of 24 players, and a doubles draw of 16 players.
