Meet local creatives and shop original pieces at this annual festival which celebrates independently published work from comic book writers, illustrators, and visual artists. Hosted at the Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art, this event features an array of vendors showcasing their craft—last year’s fest featured new local publication 9 to 5 Magazine, the Graveface Records, and former Charleston City Paper comic Joe Chang’s “On Tour” and “On the Scene” zines.
