The Charleston Battery is back in action this month at the newly renovated fields at Patriots Point. On Friday, the “Black and Yellow” will host regional rival Charlotte Independence and welcome fans at half capacity. Founded in 1993, the Battery is one of the oldest continuously operating professional soccer clubs in the United States. Tickets must be purchased in pairs of two or four.
