Based on Walter Dean Myers’s young adult novel, Darius and Twig is an inspirational story that follows the lives of Darius, an aspiring writer, and Twig, a runner striving for a college athletic scholarship. Through the immense obstacles the two face, pressures from family, and intense bullying, Darius & Twig is a tale of overcoming great odds and achieving big dreams.
