Ingredients 
  • bitter orange simple syrup foam 
  • cherry fluid gel
  • 1.5 oz. Gentleman’s Jack
  • splash of soda
  • ice
Directions 

Blend Gentleman’s Jack, soda, and ice to make a slushee.

Line martini glass with gel. Top slushee with cherry gel.

Top off with foam. (deconstructed Old Fashioned)
