The Lion Tamer
Ingredients
1 1/4oz Plymouth Gin
3/4 oz Grand Mariner
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Jalapeno Grenadine
1 spoon Joan's Bitter Orange Marmalade(Or any other Orange Marmalade)
1 whole quail egg (to bind all of these strong flavors together and tame the drink)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Dry Shake. Add ice and hard shake.
Fine strain up into a coupette. Garnish with an orange twist.
