Sticky Fingers' Dry BBQ Rub

  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Grind the spices with a pestle and mortar for a finer, better blend—and to properly activate the flavors.
