Back for its third year, the Charleston Arts Festival brings artists and community members together to create, view, and appreciate art across multiple disciplines. Though events are slated through November, this month’s happenings include Pecha Kucha 31 at the Music Hall on September 5, featuring talks from Halsey curator Mark Sloan, the Cocktail Bandits, and many more, as well as a solo show from budding expressionist painter Sara Pittman at Beresford Studios, on view September 6 through October 7. And be sure to catch the fourth-annual PBR Arts Showcase on the 7th, including PBR-themed artwork in various media from paint to sculpture. Keep an eye out for more events throughout the fall.
