Student at Heart: “I love how we use graph paper for our menus. It’s a way of saying you might learn a little something with your wine.”Poppin’ Bottles: “After work, Miller High Life is our thirst quencher. We go with ‘cold and quick’ when we drink it.”Best View in Town: “I love going to Bowen’s Island at sunset. It’s a very culturally appropriate place to go because it reminds me of everything Charleston.”After Hours: “I still play guitar, although not as much as I would like to. Frisbee golf in the neighborhood is fun, too.”Deserted Island Wine: “If I could only have one kind of wine, it would be from the Loire Valley. Still, bubble, dry, sweet, reds, whites—they run the gamut.”
