This is a Japanese fruit candy with a lot of citric acid in it, and they’re super chewy.”Cheers!: “Raventós is a great cava and not horribly expensive. I drink a lot less than I used to, and when I do, I like to feel like there’s something celebratory about it.”Flip It Good: “Get It Right (GIR) spatulas are freaking amazing! They are one-piece silicone spatulas—just the right weight and just flexible enough—in all these colors and sizes.”Sweet Spot: “Île de Ré off the Atlantic coast of France. There are beautiful pine forests that you walk through to get to the beach. It’s my favorite place on earth. It’s also home to the ice cream shop that inspired me.Tune In: “Reggae singer Cornell Campbell has the voice of an angel. It’s really nice to listen to him when you’re in traffic.”
