Lowcountry Jazz Festival

Now in its 10th year, the Lowcountry Jazz Festival brings audiences two cool nights of bop, swing, and funk. This year’s lineup includes R&B trio The Sax Pack and Grammy nominee Jonathan Butler. Money raised at the festival benefits Closing the Gap in Health Care Inc., which works to increase the health literacy of African Americans and underserved communities. Charleston Gaillard Center, 95 Calhoun St. Friday, 7:30 p.m.; Saturday & Sunday, times vary. $153-$68.
