SALUTE FROM THE SHORE

This organized military flyover stretches the length of the state. At 1 p.m., F-16s from Shaw Air Force Base will head down the coastline, beginning at Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach and ending in the Bluffton area. Following the active military aircraft is a brigade of Warbirds, vintage planes owned by civilians, including T-34s, T-6s, and T-28s. Locations & times vary. Free. www.salutefromtheshore.org
