Amy Freeman & John McIntyre

Charleston native Amy and John, of Louisville, Kentucky, met in 2008 while both worked at the Post and Courier. One group outing later, they began dating. In 2011 John proposed to Amy with his great-grandmother’s ring. The pair wed in an intimate sunset ceremony at the Cotton Dock at Boone Hall Plantation where they celebrated with family and friends. They live in Charleston.
