It's Wedding Week on Channel 2

Congrats go out to News 2's Tara Lynn who recently got engaged! (We'll let you know when she posts her engagement announcement here on Charleston Weddings...should be a great story, knowing her.)I popped into the local NBC studios this morning to help her kick off the annual Wedding Week, where from 11-11:30 a.m. each morning she talks about what's going on in the local wedding world. 

While I talked about off-the-beaten path wedding venues (like the spots on Folly where you can hold ceremonies and receptions pictured here); makeup man-about-town Andrew C. Petersen shared great beauty tips. My favorite caveat: Skip the false eyelashes because those things can fly off at the most inopportune times. Catch his segment here, and mine here.
