I’m a little jealous of you brides-to-be out there. From the trunk shows galore (everywhere) to the fun floral classes (stems) you ladies have a LOT to look forward to. And how about the new King Street makeup shop, The Cos Bar?

If you’re like us, you’re probably feeling pretty crummy that you missed out on their grand opening party February 3rd (we’ve been busy bees getting the Summer issue of Charleston Weddings ready to hit stands). Not to worry! The makeup mavens and misters will be giving free touchups and tips March 26th at their booth at our 2011 Charleston Weddings magazine Spring Bridal Show. We hope to see you there!

’Till then, here’s what you can expect for the month of February.

Amsale Trunk Show at Bella Bridesmaid

Have you seen Amsale’s latest bridesmaid collection? I pursued the collection online, and let me tell you—whether you fancy ruffled-floor length gowns or flirty twirl-friendly options—your bridesmaids won’t have room to give you any grief. I’d even venture to say that they’d actually pull these dresses out again for another occasion. Bella Bridesmaid, 341 King St.; Friday; (843) 425-8079; bellabridesmaid.com. By appointment only.
