The Pulse

In recent months, two horse-and-carriage incidents have made headlines in Charleston, with one spooked steed crashing its vehicle (toting several guests) into a Tradd Street home and another colliding with the City Market. NYC is currently considering a ban on horse-drawn carriages, and some locals suggest that the Holy City follow suit. What do you think: Should Charleston be harnessing all this horse power?
