Meet the Hat Ladies of Charleston: they have marvelous chapeaus, and they love to show ‘em off. Every year at Easter, the Hat Ladies embark on a parade like no other, a joyful display of the bold style for which they are known. Come rain or shine, the impeccably dressed bunch strolls down Broad, East Bay, and Meeting streets in their 17th annual Easter Promenade, accompanied by musicians, family members, and any hat-loving folks who wish to join the fun.
