Last month, Charleston Fashion Week (CFW) 2010 presented fashion, accessories, design and model competitions, and all of the elements to create a memorable week-long celebration of style. However, when you leave the lights, camera's and action of the tents there is always something lingering often in the form of an unconscious hum- the MUSIC! Presented by Red Bull, CFW Music Director , DJ Arthur Brouthers, has been organizing, creating and spinning the tunes under the tents for the past three years. Arthur, a Charleston native, now residing in Charlotte, NC has been on the music scene for 15 years, with a laundry list of accomplishments including receiving sponsorships from Red Bull, djed and composed mixes for Charlotte's NBA Team, (The Bobcats), NASCAR, Moto GP and has played along side heavy hitting DJ's such as Kaskade, Mark Farina, Doc Martin, and Paul Oakenfold... just to name a few.

2010 proved to be a banner year for music at CFW as the week delivered for the first time a number of guest DJ's including Buckmaster (Charlotte), CaZ - Chris Nicholson and Mike Zarin (Atlanta), Sonar- one half of Charleston's Spaced Invaders, and Birdflu- Tony Mele (Charleston) all under Brouthers direction.
