In honor of the area‘s Gullah-Geechee culture, this festival teaches attendees about the intricate craftsmanship of sweetgrass basket weaving with demonstrations from more than 20 expert makers and other artisans. Gullah-inspired cuisine is available for guests to munch on while they‘re entertained by drummers, dance performances, and storytellers. Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park, 99 Harry M.
